For those of us who just like to have something fermenting all the time, and now that Fall is upon us we often wonder "what can we ferment now?" Well this time of year there are apple ciders and apple juice available. The apple juice from Sams club makes a nice and inexpensive wine. Just be sure to read the labels and make sure no sorbate has already been added by the producer. There are also oranges and lemons available this time of year. They actually make interesting wine.
