The October monthly meeting will be at Ed and Roberta's house!
Overview
Our intent is to purchase quality grape fruit and juice from a reputable grape broker for the purpose of home wine making. We have had great success with M&M two years in a row, and will attempt to use them again this year.
We'll be branching into new territory this month, holding the meeting at Sheryl's home.
We'll hold the July meeting at Tom and Therese's place on the river! Bring your swim suit.
Hi Everyone!
Here are some pictures of Bill, Mike and myself working on the trellis' at Black Rock Vineyard. We got all the end posts and t-posts in and next is the wire. Also are some pictures of the grapes in Randy's vineyard going through veraison.

Let me define "irony" for you:
I received a phone call from Jessica at Black Star Co-op yesterday. She said, and I now quote from their newsletter:
Thanks to a strong showing at the Beer Social, we've passed the 1,000 member-owner milestone! Congratulations to Jon Loeliger who won the gift bag from our 1,000th member-owner raffle. As of 6/24, the Co-op's membership is 1,013 strong and continues to grow.
That's right, as President of the Central Texas *Wine* Guild, I've won the 1000-th member raffle award at the Black Star Beer Co-op.
Just thought you should know.
